The events of this OVA takes place immediately after the events of Sakura Taisen 3. Ohgami Ichirou, the former squad leader of the Paris Kagekidan Hanagumi, had just departed for his return trip to Japan, where he will reassume command of the Teikoku Kagekidan Hanagumi. However, Ohgami did not designate a successor prior to his departure, which leads to some infighting amongst the members of the Paris Kagekidan. Meanwhile, another foe has risen to threaten the sanctity of Paris. Will the members of the Paris Kagekidan be able to put aside their differences and work together to combat this threat?
