Shohoku's "speedster" and point guard, Miyagi Ryouta, always plays with brains and lightning speed, running circles around his opponents while feigning composure. Born and raised in Okinawa, Ryouta had a brother who was three years older. Following in the footsteps of his older brother, who was a famous local player from a young age, Ryouta also became addicted to basketball. In his second year of high school, Ryouta plays with the Shohoku High School basketball team along with Sakuragi, Rukawa, Akagi, and Mitsui as they take the stage at the Inter-High School National Championship. And now, they are on the brink of challenging the reigning champions, Sannoh Kogyo High School. Source: GKIDS
Theoretical best: 4K ITA BD+Okay-Subs
Okay-Subs is 4K ITA BD Encode+AnimationNight (strawberino TL retimed and typeset) with additional timing/editing/typesetting from motbob and additional translation from the official subs. Descaled to 1080p and clipped to SDR The movie is natively 1080p SDR, the main benefit of the 4K BD is better compression and higher resolution chroma The 4K ITA BD has at least one instance of very minor corruption for a few seconds (frame 20), hwdec seems to make it basically invisible, but you probably won't notice it either way
