This is the story of two young police women in the Bokuto precinct of the Tokyo PD. Natsumi is the newcomer, a gearhead and tomboy in love with motorcycles. Miyuki is a sweet, somewhat sedate veteran with the skills of a master mechanic. Unfortunately, their first meeting doesn't go so well, especially when the speeding Natsumi almost gets arrested by Miyuki! This OVA series concentrates primarily on their developing friendship.
