Mahou Tsukai Reimeiki
The Dawn of the Witch
Saybil is a magic student with no memories of his life before he met a mysterious silver-haired woman in an alley. Now he travels with his teacher, Loux—another student, Holt, and the beastman Kudou for "special training"... but this field trip may not be as routine as it seems! Source: Kodansha

Headpatter is VCB-Studio+LostYears (jnzngn for E1-9 and CR restyled with half-assed TS and jnzngn OP/ED for E10-12) The sources for this show are all unwatchable, it's extremely grainy and even the blurays look like you're watching a mini encode. The USA BD is significantly less bad than the JPN but is still very starved in motion, and has other less important issues such as lowpassing and a chroma shift. VCB nukes all the grain away so the image is at least stable and consistent, it comes with a ton of detail loss but is really the only way to watch the show.
