Theoretical best: JPN BD+Kuro

GetItTwisted is VCB-Studio+Kuro Kuro subs are Modified Heroine (Which is a fansub based on CR) for E1-2, and modified CR with TS and Heroine OP/ED for E3-11 VCB-Studio fixes the terrible Lerche chroma but starve the video so it's still worse than store The JPN BD has hugely blurred chroma for the OP/ED but is the best store by far for the actual episode
