Theoretical best: GBR BD+Lulu

Lulu is Beatrice-Raws+Vivid-Watashi The GBR BD isn't great and requires MPV deband, however is better than the JPN/USA which has added grain covering detail, chroma lowpassed scenes, and seemingly missing animation changes? (Comp 26)
