Extremely intelligent, strong, and rich; she wants to help anyone in need. To do that, she introduces a suggestion box that allows any student to contact her. Later known as the Medaka Box, it will bring forth incredible challenges to Kurokami and her friends of the student council.
Theoretical best: JPN BD+FFF
WIP is philosophy-raws+-ZR- (MC (Shiro (FFF))) with "some retiming" The subs aren't adapted to BD properly, full of scenebleeds, positioning based on HDTV video. It seems like they manually fixed the timing of the typesetting which is probably what the retiming refers to Other releases are even worse, Shiro and MC have desynced TS in addition to the WIP issues, -ZR- has everything 3 frames off in the other direction
