Over time, they came to be know as Mushi. The appearance of Mushi can cause grave harm to humans, and only a select few humans know of their existence and can see them. Ginko, a Mushi-shi, travels the land to investigate the Mushi. But his special ability comes at a price: he cannot stay at any place for too long, or the Mushi will congregate there, endangering those close to him.
