Thanks to his rail-otaku boss, Tooru has trains on his mind. Unfortunately for poor Tooru, he's a latent esper. A mysterious ghost train - the X-Train - begins to run amok on the rail system of Tokyo, and it seems to be very interested in Tooru. And under his control. Well, partially, anyhow... too bad Tooru doesn't quite realize it.
