The planets in the Oracion system are the richest mineral resource in the galaxy, according to any space pirate you will run across. Thanks to modern robotics, freight ships moving between these planets are mostly unmanned, and thus are easy prey for the pirates. The police have given up, forcing freight companies to hire outside help. One agency, the Links Group, has a ship under its command that is unique; piloted by 16-year-old Li Meifon, the Angel Links roams the galaxy, exterminating pirates for free.
