"For your sake, I will become big." Year 2035 E.R. The sudden appearance of "Fiaremu", gigantic life-forms. Although mankind confronted them by deploying mass-produced "Ektis" battle androids, faced with the overwhelming power of Fiaremu towering well past 50 meters, mankind could not compensate for this disadvantage. To break this deadlock, a congress of nations decided to employ the ability of Cell Growth Factor CGF-3 to enlarge organisms, for military use in order to turn humans into gigantic human weapons and send them into battle. Six heroines suitable for enlargement were selected to join the "Ragna Strikers" Anti-Fiaremu Specialists Unit.
