If someone could put the english tracks on that would be great. Bonus points for burning on forced subs. (for mobile device on the go watching)

I've been trying to rip my own copy but MakeMKV is refusing to read episode 2 of Part 2 Disc One.

You can use MKVToolNix GUI to mux anything with anything.
All you have to do is mux my encode with another dual audio release.

Can I ask why you recompressed the already compressed source? you do know that lowers the quality, right? it was already compressed as is.

The Japanese audio file is fucked up... There's a weird noise in the background (atleast in season 2 episode 1)

I recommend K-Lite Full + MPC-BE.

Take a look at MK release. 2.4GB per episode. Same with VCB: 1.2GB per episode. That might be fine if you are watching, then deleting, but for archival, that is way too large.
