Description
Tattoon Master ( タ ト ゥ ー ン · マ ス タ ー Tatūn Masutā) Is a manga by Akihisa Yanari published from 1993 to 1997 by Shūeisha. The comic was adapted in 1996 in an original anime video of two episodes. Produced by AIC and KSS. Licensed by ADV Films and Media Blasters.
When Hibio's/Eric's adventurer mother Masae/Maureen sets off to research a mysterious tribe, she hits a wall. Fortunately for her, the beautiful young Nima/Bala sees a family photo and decides that she wants her son for her husband. Masae/Maureen agrees to the arrangement and gets a chance to further her research. Of course, she doesn't consult Hibio/Eric about his future bride. When Nima/Bala shows up in Tokyo to be with her new husband, hilarity and chaos ensues as Hibio/Eric and his modern Tokyo background meets Nima's/Bala's magical heritage.

lolol 4kids tier dub judging by those names
That could very well be a reason to implement alternate names. I don't recall coming across this sort of thing in any other anime as far as I can remember. Judging by the lack of nudity and coarse language this title does seem to be aimed at a younger audience although the English dubbed dialogue is arguably more crude. The subtitles could be inaccurate and misleading nonetheless since I'm guessing that they are a third party rendition. The file/folder title isn't correct either although it's correct in the description somehow. I wish I could edit.
