Well, the only disponibly sources are the videos uploaded to YouTube and NicoNico by Irodori. Then there is the DVD they sold at events like Comiket and Comitia and even on Amazon, but it looks like they are out of print and currently unavailable. If there will be a reprint and re-released of the DVD I don't know.

Besides, it would be a very a good idea to translate Kemurikusa, because they have announced recently a TV series of the same name based on this short, so a translation of this original short version could help pretty much to understand what is coming.

Yeah, you do have a point there. I'm pretty sure we'll end up subbing the Kemurikusa short eventually. As to when that might be, we'll see.
