Remux of Moozzi2's BD rip (https://nyaa.si/view/875330) and DŌMO's subs and chapters (https://nyaa.si/view/745128). The TV version was actually intentionally cropped, whereas the BD has both cropped and uncropped versions. This remux includes only the uncropped, proper 16:9 video. Of course, this screws with the last episode a little, so if you are looking for the genuine experience don't forget to watch the TV version of the last episode! Finally, I've included the audio commentaries as separate files; there is no translation/subs for them. SAYONARA!
