I can understand that working on a show for a second time is kinda lame.
Someone else will probably put the subs on a bad BD rip anyway.

I don't know if it is intended or not, but there are no subs during trump in episode 11.

I agree with Nizo, japanese people is bad at pronounce english, i even redownload horrible version just to understand what Trump actually says.

Trump's speech is definitely voiced by a native English speaker, but I could understand if the Jersey accent made it hard to understand.
