Description

Season 1 of the English dub, consisting of 51 episodes, of the Ninja Hattori-kun 1981 anime that is airing since 2006 on Nickelodeon India, and is since December 2016 available on Amazon Prime Video India. Also includes all the three openings and ending in English and Japanese. On Disney Channel Asia a completely different English dub aired.

The everyday Mitsuba family gets an unexpected surprise in the shape of a new lodger-Hattori is a ninja boy who has come down from the Iga mountains to attend normal school. Befriending Kenichi Mitsuba, who is the same age as he, Hattori starts attending school undercover, occasionally accompanied by his brother, Shinzo, Shishimaru the ninja dog, and Kenichi's girlfriend, Yumeko. The gang is also threatened by the rival Koga ninja, Kemumaki, and his evil sidekick, Kagechiyo the Shadow-cat.

The most important difference between v1 and v2 is that episode 50 now also has English audio, instead of only Hindi audio. In the v1 the English audio of the ED was of crappy quality, this has now been replaced with good quality audio. The video and audio quality of all episodes is now also better.
