seed this boys! this is the best version around no doubt, it's a shame that is lacking seeders, only me and another dude keeping this thing alive.

I play episode 1 and get the OP, but I then play episode 2 and no OP... weird. I tried in MPC and VLC, and the same issue happens. Hope someone can re-encode this.

that's how it was on the R2 DVD. not all episodes are consistent with their OPs and EDs.

why arent the subs for episode 14 and 15 showing up? im confused

A note about font problems: some fonts will not show because the subs use wrong font names for them:

Negotiate (should be Negotiate Free)     ***The OP & ED use this font
FOT-RodinMaria Pro (should be FOT-RodinMariaProB-Amagami)
JustJessie (should be Just Jessie)

2 episodes are missing fonts:
episode 12: Just Jessie is not muxed in the vid
episode 13: PencilPete FONT is not muxed in the vid

they are technically not wrong, those are the font names you get from Aegisub when not used on Windows. different font provider might produce different font names.

Font names must be the same as what mentioned in the .ass subs, otherwise they are not loaded and you see broken type-settings.
If the subs are loaded externally, the player will throws an error.

When collecting fonts, Aegisub shows warnings or errors if any such as missing fonts or missing glyphs, which should be fixed.

Same subs but smaller, EPs 14&15 subs were taken from here.

I think the filename having this release is just because it was timed to this batch.
we just have got to wait for sussubs to make/release more.

@mcbaws21, that's not what I was suggesting. Since the video is from the DVD, they should be able to source ~1000kbps FLAC audio.

not necessary true. just because it's DVD it doesn't mean the audio is always in the ~1000kbit/s region.
it depends on the audio format of choice used. I do not have the source or exact technical details of the R2 DVD but I suspect it's in AC-3, which max sampling rate is up to 448 kbit/s.

you would want the publisher to use PCM, which can have max sampling rate of up to 6144 kbit/s

that said, while I love the Kare Kano anime series, I personally don't think it need to have hi-bitrate audio.

maybe anyone who has access to the technical details of the R2 DVD can correct me if I'm wrong.
