Is there any chance I could get a 1080p version of this? Does it exist? I only found 1-13 dubbed in 1080p.

Well, obviously the BDs are 1080, but I don't do 1080 because most anime doesn't benefit from being encoded that high, even if the broadcasts / BDs / etc. are encoded at that resolution. 720's the sweet spot, IMO.
