Summary

I wasn't the one who did these in the first place. I just packaged them up into a batch for convenience. Unfortunately, I don't know who the anon was who originally uploaded them.
You're probably better off asking RH or Golumpa to work on the OVA.
@thedarkness000 I already tried asking them if they could work on the OVA but I have not gotten any Responds back. I asked the same time I asked you 3 weeks ago. Is there anyway you can get in touch with them. Kinda hard to know what there answer is when they don't Replay. I asked a Outside group if they could do the OVA but they kindly told me to go F myself because they don't take request and only work on shows there STAFF wants to do.
That's going to be the case for most, if not all, fansubbing groups--they're not getting paid to translate these shows, so of course they're only going to work on shows they enjoy. I also don't have any special means of contacting any of them, so I can't really help there, either.
Sorry, but there's really not anything I can do.
