Yes, this is ChäoS;Child: Silent Sky split into two parts. For some reason CrunchyRoll decided it would be easier to do it that way. ChäoS;Child itself only has 12 episodes; any release saying there are more is referring to the movie and/or the shitty recap of the already shitty CHäoS;HEAd.
