I have one. It isn’t the “BD-Tier quality” you rave about because the expected “BD-Tier quality” release must be at least 1080p just like how some BD raws you see are released at that exact resolution. I don't give a shit if this show was made in this and that resolution which might be your excuse for releasing your raws with such an awkward resolution(900p).

Isn't this uploader like 16 years old? I'm not sure I feel comfortable getting my torrents from an amateur

Um… I’m 20 y/o and I’m fansubbing since 3 or 4 years (maybe even longer), so I don’t think I’m an “amateur”.
Mainly for German groups, but I also encode stuff for Foxtrot and Kaitou. As a freelancer for GJM and Commie (when skiddiks asks me).
Timing is easy and the show doesn't have much typeset. The TL from Sentai is pretty good as well. I don't see what should be wrong here.

Seeing people actually caring for my releases makes me happy :)
i was always thinking that you don't care for anyone and only encode what you like to watch and when it's done you share it with us...

I encoded stuff I don't watch for some groups. However, I rather encode stuff I want to watch myself. If I watch the stuff myself I tend to put more effort into it.
For Abyss I put more effort than usual. I fixed Sentai's shit timing, added a song TL (thx to Areki and duplex) with styling and typeset.
I wouldn't do that if I just do it for myself. Well, it's probably not as much effort as real fansubgroups put in it, but still more effort than just encoding. For future shows (with Wakanim video) I probably just automatic fix the timing and make the typeset /an8.

And sure, requests are welcome but I can't promise to actually do it. It's unlikely that I'll encode old stuff or stuff I won't watch.

For Steins;Gate you can take WhyNot or deanzel. Their videos were fine.

No idea what I'll sub next season.
If a show is uncensored with AT-X or a good show with shit TX-Masters on CR probably that (but with German subs). For Engsubs aka Scum it depends on what shows Sentai has and if they are on Wakanim. However, now that Wakanim started in Germany chances are pretty good they have everything there as well. So I might just condider doing that shows with Engsubs if their German subs suck.
