Removed Closed Captions effect from episode 7 now the raw is out; fixed a type in episode 6, 1-5 unchanged but why not.

It's unfortunate that the only available raw (raws?) are so terrible.

My copy of the BDMV is being shipped together with 8. I hope someone else uploads theirs before then.
