Moozzi2 has gotten better about it, but he still overfilters. If that's your cup of tea, have at it.

I downloaded both releases to compare. Both encodes have failed here and there, so BD is in fact, faulty. You did not catch the commentary. I was not referring to quality, I was referring to compatibility. Moozzi2's encodes are playable on tv, tablets, etc, whereas yours is totally incompatible and can only be played on PC.

Will you encode 1080P?

I don't know. I may redo a couple episodes since there are some source issues I didn't catch, but as for 1080, I'm not sure I could fix the source scaling artifacts in 1080 better than the downscale did. When they upscaled for the BD it introduced tiny gaps in the lines here and there and bringing it down to 720 closed them up. Antialiasing in 1080 may not work as well.
This is an upscale so you don't have to worry about grabbing it in 720.

My guess is Ahiru, because the other version: Hikari no Kiseki (HnK) was hardsubbed. I actually like HnK more, but I can't resist watching this amazing series in BD-quality. Thank you!!
