Mitsu : As some people was rude, and since it's pretty normal you don't understand since it wasn't explain anywhere in these comments : Rip is to take the file from someone else and upload it under your name.

The subs, the effect, the raw, the files, the credits, everything goes to the one that got the licence. Usually in english Horriblesub is one of the only that do rip. And normaly a rip is realeased as soon as the official video came out.

So if you want a good fansub (which can be way better than the rip, or not. ) you'd wait for a release that is out a couple of hours after HS release..
