[BANE] Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki OVA4 - 02 (1920x1080 BD 10-bit HEVC Opus)

Again - this is my personal encode. If you have issues or don't like it then just use the subs with a different video source.

Again - Translation was done by Fandom Services, but with a major difference - it was funded by a single fan, a big thanks to Erin.

Some changes I made to the default subs:

-Timing
-Corrected a couple typos
-Adjusted title positions and added fading

- Ecchi's honorifics plus a hand full that got overlooked
- Ecchi's translation corrections except maybe 3 or 4 that I changed back and/or a mix translation, so it flowed better for me.
- Additional typos that were missed previously on both scripts.
