Apparently someone in MAL said DBNL subs are "dubtitles". What do you make of this?
Sure some lines same like the dub, but not all. And they do match the Japanese lines.
Most probably it's just the dubs using the subs script as the base.
Even with the smaller filesize the quality of this release is the best of all the copies posted, even the remuxes, because the encoders properly deinterlaced and debanded the source. There are a few scenes where some detail was lost but nothing to trump it's overall better apparent quality.
