GeGeGe no Kitaro (1985) [NGN] episode 11.mp4

Here's an old VHS recording of the 1986 version of the Yasha story, which was shown with English subtitles on a Hawaiian pay-cable station called Nippon Golden Network. I got this tape in a trade with Laurine in the early 1990s.

Nippon Golden Network used to show quite a bit of subtitled anime, such as Hokuto no Ken, Dr. Slump, Dragonball, Galaxy Express 999, Chibi Maruko-chan, and of course the third series of GeGeGe no Kitaro. The subtitles on NGN were often pretty rudimentary even by the sloppy standards standards of subtitled anime on American TV, but their subtitles for Kitaro are better than average as far as NGN subs go.
