H&D OVA subs muxed onto #804094's 720p raw. Everything else is untouched.

The remux was unnecessary to do, really, but I wanted to be consistent with my TV series batch (#867234). If you want the originals by H&D, they can be downloaded separately at: #779923, #787259, #88321, and #801455.
