Had to completly retime Episode 10 and Hopes&Dreams's subtitles needed to be retimed slightly as they included the sponsor message in the episode. I believe everything was retimed correctly but there may be a few issues in places.

Fixed:
* The missing subtitle at 20:13:52 in both subtitle tracks. Translation supplied by melonbread.
