Description

This is a HEVC Main 10 re-encode of FFF's Shokugeki no Souma 1080p BD release. The parameters that I choose to use for this transcode are CRF 18 with a slow preset, as there's a large amount of detail that's hard to compress. The audio was also transcoded with 128k bitrate Opus. The overall quality is only slightly lower (-0.006% SSIM) than that of FFF's release, but it should be hardware decodable by modern graphics chips and easier to store.
