[EG] Victory Gundam BD - Disc 7 (40-47)

I'm blowing through this as fast as possible now.

I've corrected an error in the OP karaoke for this batch, plus there were major sub issues in episode 44 around the eyecatch that must have existed since the previous rip. The weirdly out-of-sync burned in subtitles for the ED2 seem to have been corrected for episode 47, so I pulled up the timing on the softsubs to match.

There will be two more batches: a disc 8 batch, and a complete series batch. I implore everyone to download the discs individually if possible to help sustain the eventual batch torrent, as it is happening this week for sure.
