I did a shitty re-time of Anime-Koi's subs against DHD's 720p releases for both seasons which you can find here:

DHD's 720p releases don't appear to be on Nyaa but you can find them on their XDCC bot.

Worth noting I've never used Aegisub before, did not have access to Anime-Koi's original releases, no patches due to lack of over a dozen fonts, and the subs I used may not have been the latest revisions. I wasn't going to waste bandwidth on private trackers for this crap.
