• v2 Adds missing OP signs for both subtitle tracks.
• to run patch

1. unzip it
2. put ver1 in the same dir as ApplyPatch.bat
3. run ApplyPatch.bat
4. v2 will be created and v1 will be moved to the recycle bin
   * the patch by me works for MK's 720p as well

• The Eng audio is a combination of the Jap BD and Eng stream tracks, as the stream did not have the full ED. Used BD OP&ED songs in Eng track.
