San Marino footballer Mauro Bozzi is blackmailed by mafioso entrepreneur Riccardo Mondini by means of medical records, according to which the player would prove to be doped. With the help of Fujiko, Brozzi is joined by Lupin and tasks him to steal Mondini's medical records, as he risks missing the league final match because of them.
