This release fixes the issue where all subtitle lines were appearing 2 frames ahead of the video during playback, even though the subtitles were perfectly synced inside Aegisub. This was due to an encode/decode bug within Handbrake which was fixed with the latest update. The first two 1080p versions of the Amagi Brilliant Park specials should not be affected, so they will not be getting a v2.
