Sadly in the second season the animation is lower quality, all characters look different, simpler and less detailed.
Something like this happened in other shows too, like Log Horizon, where animation took a nosedive in 2nd season.

Mutou somehow even changed skin colour and looks unrecognizable from before.

White_Spirit Don't care as the content is better. I and many others watch for the story, fights or bewbs/ass not for animation quality.
