[Vivid-Asenshi] Akame ga Kill [TV 720p + ONAs]

TV/ONA batch of Akame ga Kill, brought to you by Vivid and Asenshi. This batch makes several script fixes as well as minor song and consistency updates to all episodes.

The show is encoded at 720p in 10bit h264, and the additional "Akame ga Kill Theater" web shorts are a mixture of 480p and 720p in 8bit h264 (as was provided by the studio). If you have any problems with playback or subtitle rendering, please make sure you're using the latest version of the CCCP.
