No one responded to that for rather simple reason, you did not indicate what software you using for playback. Normally it will be under menu->audio->audio track->there should be selection of available audio (language could be specified or not depending on how file was encoded).
This particular encode from DVD source (although Blu-ray is available, be much better downscaled) is not properly deinterlaced & trimmed, quick quack job. Personally would not bother.

@7amzawi necropost, but I had the same issue, (Eng audio only, switching to JP audio had nothing)
Had to go grab K-lite Codecs and install them to play the JP audio on MPC. Playing them on VLC had no issues even without codecs.

I tried Combined Community Codecs and it didn't work for me, had to be K-Lite Codecs.
