That's how E-D's srt subtitles are generally. I guess that whenever they OCR the vobsubs, they just drop/ignore the text positions in the video, resulting in multiple lines at the default subtitle position (at the bottom center). Can't really blame them, you'll usually have to manually check each lines to know which one's were in a different position than the usual dialogues, then position them differently. And the resulting script will end up becoming a .ass or .ssa when you position them using aegisub.

Whenever watching Exiled-Destiny releases, I usually just use the vobsubs since they really do the job. The yellow/black subtitles are just in the right colors to not blend with anything around it, which makes reading the subs easier.
