put all files in the karneval's directory and run
Run_Me_1080p.bat for this version or
Run_Me_720p.bat for the 720p version

Keep in mind that 1080p is very CPU intensive (25-35mbps on snow,fast motion and etc)
So if you don't have iCore may be your best choice is 720p or AnimeNow's 1080p
