Main subs: Chihiro. With timing fixes. (The alt-subs with the translated German in Eps 11-12 are unmodified.)
Alt subs: Coalgirls (YuS-m.3.3.w). Note that I have not modified these and my video differs slightly from Coalgirls's due to cropping, so if there is any precise TSing it may look bad. I don't think there should be a problem, though.

Standard Episode 1 does not have Coalgirls subs because they only released the Extended version of it. This is why Chihiro is default; from reviews, the Coalgirls subs may be better.
