Source DVD was most probably R2J re-encoded since the credits are in Japanese but anyhow it's crappy: halos, rainbows, blends, mpeg artifacts. I've filtered these out to some extent, so I hope it's slightly better than previous encodes, here's a comparison with ARR's one: link.
