Source: R3 Taiwan DVD [u2.dmhy] which apparently is a re-encoded bootleg of R2J.
English subs: RaX, retimed to fix scenebleeds.
Video: VFR, strongly denoised due to a shitty source.
Audio: AC-3 untouched.
The English dub is bad but out of curiosity I've made a batch script to mux it: here
