Sorry for taking so long for getting a better quality Index-tan 4 out, but it's finally here. If you want a full explanation of why it took so long to get this released, I'll explain on the site.

Also, I apologize for the slow speeds of the initial release once more, because I (Bell-chan) am seeding this release because I did the encode myself. Enjoy better quality Index-tan 4.

Why is it rar'd? So mediafire doesn't just search ".mkv" and prune every damn anime upload on its hard drives.

Why is it password'd? So assuming they do happen to find it, they don't just DL, open, and then prune it.
