Probably the last reencode I'm going to do. Again, video glitches courtesy of HorribleSubs/Crunchyroll. (Yes, they're still present. I can't fix them. Still much less bad than ep 16.)

PS: I actually encoded this twice. First time it came out to 160 MiB, so I dropped the CRF by half a notch, but turned up the debanding a bit (because the first encode looked no better than mplayer's gradfun). End result (this) turned out slightly smaller. I don't even.
