Movie 4 Subtitles

The Savl0r-Pro release includes English subtitles for Movie 4, but they weren't great, so I tried to make a better ones:

1. Used the German CR subtitles as a base, with the Japanese BluRay PGS as a reference.
2. Translated to English with GLM 5.3, taking the characters' tone and the setting into account (the anime is quite British).
3. Did a watch-through with a group of friends, then fixed any apparent issues and edited the subtitles accordingly.

In my opinion, Movie 4 is now pretty watchable.
