A white ermine named Okojo-san (Kojopy) escapes a shady exotic pet shop and ends up in a garbage can, where university student Haruka Tsuchiya finds him and — mistaking him for a ferret — takes him home to Shiawase Apartments.
Life in the apartment complex is immediately chaos. Okojo still thinks he’s a wild mountain boss. The tenants are eccentrics. The other pets (including gerbil sidekick Chorori) have their own agendas. Vacuum cleaners are the enemy. Absurd gag comedy follows.
