This all happened because I rushed things. I wanted to do one more QC, but we had a power outage, and my internet connection was unstable, constantly dropping in and out. I ended up uploading it earlier than I wanted because I was worried the connection would be gone for several hours.
Thankfully, everything is back to normal now. XD
