The uploader already tagged it as an unofficial batch. He's not impersonating Erai-Raws. I've changed it to a red torrent because it is a re-encode with no other changes.

Yeah but it's not just an unofficial batch, it's a shitty hardsub mini re-encode?
Unofficial batches are at least useful and more acceptable to use the tag, since they're generally unaltered copies of the original files, just bundled up
